We use this information to respond to you, understand the assistance requested and coordinate enquiries and practical arrangements. Your enquiry is stored in the website’s hosted database for the authorised office account to access. Website hosting providers process information needed to operate the service. Email and phone communications are handled through those respective services.
Medical records and hospital sharing
This website does not accept medical report uploads. Do not enter detailed medical records or identity documents in the enquiry form. Contact consent does not authorise sharing medical records with hospitals. We will explain the reviewing hospital and obtain your authorisation before sharing relevant records. Hospitals handle the records they receive under their own policies.
