Our coordination service
FS Medical Tourism provides patient coordination and medical travel assistance. An enquiry does not create a treatment booking, confirm hospital acceptance or establish a clinical relationship. The office will discuss your requested assistance and any applicable coordination charges before services are confirmed.
Healthcare decisions
Medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations and clinical decisions are made by qualified healthcare providers. Treatment availability, eligibility, costs and outcomes depend on the individual case, hospital assessment and applicable requirements. No treatment outcome is guaranteed. The website is not an emergency medical service.
Estimates, payments and provider terms
Hospital estimates are indicative and may change after assessment, investigations, additional treatment or an extended stay. Confirm inclusions, exclusions and final charges with the hospital. Hospitals, airlines, accommodation providers and other service providers set their own payment, cancellation and refund terms. Review the relevant written terms before paying or booking.
Travel and visas
Visa eligibility, requirements and approval are subject to the relevant immigration authorities. Visa approval is not guaranteed. Patients and companions should confirm documentation and travel requirements and seek the treating team’s advice on fitness for travel. Arrange appropriate travel insurance where suitable and check the scope of cover.
Information and authorisation
Provide accurate contact and enquiry information. Medical records are shared with reviewing hospitals only with your authorisation. Interpreter, transfer and accommodation arrangements depend on availability, provider requirements and applicable charges.
