Preparing your medical records
Begin with a brief enquiry. Our team will ask the reviewing hospital which documents are relevant. These may include a recent medical summary, investigation reports, imaging reports, a current medicine list and previous treatment or discharge summaries.
Keep clear copies with dates and the patient’s name. Ask whether a translation is needed. Do not send original documents or medical reports through this website’s initial enquiry form. We will explain an appropriate sharing route and seek your authorisation before sending records to a hospital.

Understanding a hospital estimate
Ask for a written estimate, its currency, the services included and any exclusions. Clarify consultation and investigation charges, room category, medicines, possible intensive care charges and follow-up costs with the hospital. Discuss separately any coordination, travel or accommodation charges.
An estimate is not a guarantee of final cost. Clinical assessment, complications, additional investigations or treatment, and an extended stay can change the total. Plan a reserve and ask how deposits, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by each provider.
Tell us the number of companions and the likely length of stay. Check each traveller’s passport and visa requirements with the relevant authorities. Plan accommodation near the hospital, local transport, meals, communication and companion expenses.
Hospital rules may limit attendants or overnight stays. Ask about these in advance. Share language, mobility, dietary and religious requirements early so suitable arrangements can be explored. Confirm charges and availability before booking.
